Renovation
It has easily taken over four weeks to renovate our ground floor living room… so glad that it’s over now. What a hassle and an inconvenience! We didn’t vacate the house, but all the furniture and belongings were moved to the garage to facilitate the renovation. Did our house change period after putting in the new tiles on floor, new paints on wall and ceiling? No, I don’t think so and frankly, I didn’t feel that the energy of the house has changed.
However, with the dusts seeping vigorously through all the rooms in the upper floors, I took the opportunity to clean and de-clutter the whole house thoroughly. Now that it’s completed, we feel the spread of sheng qi all over our living room and house, a great sense of contentment and accomplishment. So don’t hesitate to renovate, de-clutter, or spring cleaning your living space whenever you can.

Dear Jeannie,
I know exactcly how you feel after the renovations and with the new chi all over your home, you can’t help but feel simply ecstatic, vibrant and cheerful all the time! I am waiting for Chinese New Year to come and a few weeks before that, I would be embarking on a decluttering, cleaning and painting frenzy to welcome the wonderful, fresh chi for the festival.
I think I managed to add my blog’s link here but I am not sure if it’s done properly?
Have a wonderful week ahead!
With love, peace and joy,

Dear Choesf,
Yes, I remember when I was young seeing my mum and all the neigbors frantically cleaning the houses prior to celebrating the New Year… a wonderful tradition to bring the sheng qi into the house!
Thank you for the link exchange, it’s up and working
Have a great day!
Best qi.
Jeannie
