Almost everybody who knows a bit about Feng Shui knows not to sit with a door behind their back. But how many actually make an effort to abide to this basic rule? Some ignore completely (for whatever reasons); some tried very hard but can’t comply because the space is rather limited or it’s an allocated seat. How can we correct this?
If you have a revolving chair, try to adjust so that you always have a view to the door. If truly there is no way out, then try placing a mirror to reflect the movements at the door.

I’m glad to hear that you’re following this basic rule to your advantage. Mind you, you should always sit FACING your four most auspicious directions.
