One more Feng Shui tip

Hi there,

Sorry for this long absence,  temperature here in Paris at 34°C is rather unusual and unbearable, I started to develope mental blockage because of the heat  LOL!   I decided to take a few days off to relax and re-energize.

So did you find my "Feng Shui Make Easy" helpful?   There are many simple yet useful Feng Shui tips to follow and implement in your daily life… here’s one which I can’t forget as it reminded me of my pre-Feng Shui days

Do not place your desk, nor your children’s study desks in a corner facing a wall to gain space. This is not advisable as we want to look forward to an obstacle-free future, and we want to get a chance to see who’s coming our way, and what’s going on around us.

If that is the case, just turn your desk around to face a door or a window, if possible try to face one of your auspicious direction as well, you’ll find that suddenly the world opens up and is smiling at you.

Feng Shui make easy

A Feng Shui audit can be a tedious and complex job as it not only analyses the outside surrounding landforms, but also the interior structure of your home.  Besides, it can be quite costly too.

If you do not have any major problems, here are 8 simple steps to keep your home in good spirit and harmony:

1.  Check out poison arrows in and outside of your home.  Poison arrows can be a lamp post directly in front of your house, a very straight road that leads to your house, a beam above your bed, a pool of dirty, stagnant water, and many more.

2. Make sure that the walk ways (best if curving) to your main entrance is clean, bright and clear of any obstacles.

3. Declutter – throw away all unused articles, unresolved paperwork, just any old stuff that you kept so sentimentally, this includes old photos of your ex boy/girl friends, your ex wives or husbands, especially things that brought back unhappy memories.

4. If you have any potted plants, plants, trees, flowers in or outside of your home, remove the dead plants, flowers, or leaves.

5. Anything such as door knobs, chairs, mirrors, etc. that are broken, get them repaired as soon as you can.   Remove all unsightful or frightening paintings/poster/pictures hanging on the walls.

6. If you noticed any leaks in or around your home, get it fix quickly.

7. Open your doors and windows as often as you can to allow fresh energies to flow in.

8. The repulsive odeurs in the kitchen should be eliminated by using air extractors if you don’t have an opening.   Keep your home and kitchen impeccably clean.

Enjoy a happy, healthy, and prosperous home!

Is Feng Shui a religion?

If you think it has any connections with Buddhism, you’re wrong.   Feng Shui is not a religion nor is it a superstition

Let’s take a very simple straightforward case, your house was located next to a public dumping lot with a heap of dirt and horrid smell, and you experienced mountainous of problems after moving in.  If you were to call in a feng shui practitioner for a consultation, and s/he told you to place frogs facing in from your front door, or bury coins in different corners of your house, and perhaps other bizarre cures to help erase your problems, do you really think that would help?

Obviously, this house has bad fengshui, it is affected by the unsightly dirt and smell because they represent negative energies.   One should not have moved into this house in the first place if one uses his/her common sense.  The simple cure to this house would be to request total removal of the public dumping lot, if not feasible, move out!

Remember, a clean and beautiful environment will ensure the best of our health and success.   Our life would be smooth when we live in harmony with our environment.
